Shipping Coverage 

We currently ship to most locations across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you before processing the order. 

Order Processing Time 

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

Delivery Time 

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location) 

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select areas) 

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, or lockdowns). 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order via the courier’s website or directly through your account on our website. 

Delayed or Failed Deliveries 

If your order is delayed, our customer support team will keep you updated. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
